The skills that Frank Bozzonetti perfected during the 30 years he spent building two successful graphic design firms are easily applied to real estate: expertise in sales and marketing, exceptional communication, problem-solving, negotiation and project management. He’s a pro at evaluating data, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
Frank says his background in fine art has enhanced his ability to see the beauty in the world, to develop keen attention to detail and to build deep connections to people and places.
“I’ve learned that people matter most, followed by the technology that helps everyone perform at a higher level,” he says. This is absolutely in line with the WEICHERT, REALTORS® — New Colony philosophy, and that’s probably why Frank chose Weichert after interviewing with seven other brokerages. “They fit my style,” he says.
A Maryland resident for most of his life, Frank grew up in Rockville, and then attended the University of Texas at Austin where he earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. He and his wife, Tracy, are empty-nesters and have recently downsized and moved to the Historic District in Frederick, Md., and they love it.
Running, golfing, traveling, cooking and adventurous dining are Frank’s favorite pastimes. He’s a former assistant boys cross country coach at Urbana High School. He supports our troops through active participation with the Armed Forces Blood Program and the American Red Cross. He also holds a Secret Security Clearance.
