The Weichert® Real Estate Affiliate’s Mid-Atlantic Broker Council will present the award on March 4, 2016.
Donnamarie Needle joined The McKenna Group of WEICHERT, REALTORS® — New Colony in 2013 and went on to win the WEICHERT, REALTORS® Mid-Atlantic Region’s Rookie of The Year award in 2014 with more than $5 million in sales. Donnamarie feels she has really found her passion. "I love what I do … making dreams come true."
Prior to joining WEICHERT, REALTORS® — New Colony, Donnamarie spent 20 years in various leadership roles at Chevy Chase Bank. With a rich background in finance, process management and relationship development, Donnamarie has been committed to providing clients a level of customer service that is unsurpassed, in every role, while mentoring others to do the same.

Donnamarie grew up in Stony Brook, N.Y., and now resides in Mount Airy with her husband of 28 years and two children, ages 21 and 17. Donnamarie is active in her community and currently serves on the Economic Development Commission for the Town of Mount Airy, and she is a member of the Mount Airy Women in Motion.
